What we build

Office furniture

Desks, workstations, counters, storage, boardroom tables.

Interiors and fit-out

Ceilings, partitions, flooring, joinery, finishes.

Home and decorative

Custom pieces for residential and hospitality work.

MEP

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing, run by the same team.

The standard

Made to fit.

A joint either fits or it does not. We build to the same standard on a drawing, a schedule and a budget.

  • Fits the space.

Measured on site, cut to your drawings, not to a catalogue size.

  • Fits the schedule.

Built in our workshop while your floor stays in use, installed in the window you give us.

  • Fits the standard.

Same finish on the last unit as the first, checked before we call it done.

Close the joint. We hold a date the same way.

How a project runs

Five steps, no surprises in the middle.

  1. 01

    Site measure

We measure the real space and work from your drawings.

  2. 02

    Itemised quote

Line by line, with materials, finishes and lead times written down.

  3. 03

    Workshop build

Cut, assembled and finished off site, so your floor stays quiet.

  4. 04

    Install in your window

Nights, weekends, or a phased floor, whatever keeps you open.

  5. 05

    Snag walk and handover

We walk it with you, fix the list, then hand it over.

Before you ask

Questions buyers actually ask.

Can you work while our branch stays open?

Yes. Most of the build happens in our workshop, so site time is short. We work nights, weekends or in phases, and we hoard off the area to keep dust and noise away from your staff and customers.

How do you quote?

After a site measure, you get an itemized quote: materials, finishes, quantities and lead times, line by line. If the scope changes later, you see the cost before we proceed.

What are your lead times?

It depends on the piece and the finish. Standard items run a few weeks, custom joinery longer. We put the real date in the quote instead of a best case.

Do you handle MEP as well?

Yes. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing run through the same team that builds the furniture, which removes the handoff where most delays start.

Can you take on more than one site?

Yes. We run projects in Karachi and Lahore and can phase a rollout so branches come back one at a time.

What happens at handover?

We walk the site with you, write the snag list together, clear it, and only then call the job done.
