What we do with your details.

The quote form

When you send the form, we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, project type, city, the date you want the work finished, and your message. It arrives as an email in our own inbox at Info@aafcon.com. The email also records the internet address your message was sent from, which is how we tell a real enquiry from a bot.

We use those details to answer you and to prepare your quote. We do not sell them, rent them, or pass them to anyone outside AA Furniture and Contractors. They stay in our email, as any enquiry would.

You get a copy of your own enquiry by email, so you have it in writing too.

What the website keeps

The site stores nothing about you on its own server beyond a short, scrambled count used to stop one sender flooding the form. That count holds no name, no message, and nothing readable about you, and it clears itself within the hour.

Measurement

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which parts of the page they read, and whether they send an enquiry, tap a phone number, open WhatsApp or download the company profile. It tells us how many, not who. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to count a visit as one visit.

If you would rather not be counted, your browser's privacy settings can block cookies for this site, or you can install Google's own opt-out add-on. Nothing on the site stops working if you do.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no sharing with data brokers.
• The typefaces and images are served from our own server, so reading this page sends nothing to a font company.
• No account to create, and no password of yours to lose.

WhatsApp and phone

If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, that conversation sits with your phone and ours, under WhatsApp's or your operator's own terms. We keep your message in the chat the same way any business does, and use it to answer you.

Your choices

Write to Info@aafcon.com at any time and we will tell you what we hold from your enquiry, correct it, or delete it. No form to fill in, no reason needed.
